Services and quotes

Kardoon provides photography, videography, video editing, graphic design and AI automation services. Packages on our pricing page describe what's included. Custom work follows the scope in your written quote.

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Any applicable taxes are shown on your quote or invoice.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.

For quoted projects, 50% is due before work starts and the balance on delivery, unless your quote says otherwise. Monthly plans are billed in advance.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, timely access for shoots, and any footage, logos or content we need. You confirm you have the rights to anything you give us to use, and the consent of people who appear in it.

Revisions

Every package includes two rounds of revisions on the agreed scope. Changes beyond that, or to the original brief, may be quoted separately.

Ownership and usage

Once paid in full, you can use the final deliverables for your business, including commercially and on social media.

We may show the work in our portfolio and on our social channels unless you ask us not to in writing. Raw footage and project files remain with us unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at kardoon.in/refunds.

Liability

We take care to deliver great work, but we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, illness or venue restrictions. We'll reschedule in those cases.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you pay applies to your purchase.
