How we deliver

Final photos, videos and designs are delivered as high-resolution files through a private download link sent to your email or WhatsApp. Automations are set up directly in your own accounts.

When you'll hear from us

After you pay or confirm a project, we contact you within one working day to schedule the shoot or collect your footage and requirements.

Delivery times

Reels and short edits: 2 to 4 working days after we receive your footage.

YouTube videos: 3 to 5 working days after we receive your footage.

Shoots (photo and video): 5 to 7 working days after the shoot.

AI Enquiry Desk: live in about 7 working days after we receive your details.

Larger projects follow the timeline in your written quote.

Service area

Shoots are carried out in and around Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Shoots elsewhere are possible with travel added to the quote. Editing, design and automation are delivered remotely to clients anywhere.

Delays

If anything delays delivery, we tell you as early as possible with a new date. If we miss an agreed date by more than 7 days without your agreement, you can cancel the undelivered work for a full refund of it.
